Where is your shop located?


Our shop is currently located online as we work towards opening a storefront location. We are open 24/7 online and chat is available Monday through Sunday EST (Eastern Standard Time) America/New York Time. Do you deliver locally?


Unfortunately, we do not offer any local delivery other than shipping services by mail through our local postal office. We don't anticipate this to be available in the future but if we expand on that option, we will partner with a company such as Door dash to make this possible. When will my order ship and when will I receive my order?


Processing time is 3 to 5 business days and we do not ship on the weekends. Depending on your shipping selection will determine when you will receive your order. Please note the postal office works on a business days calender and Sundays or holidays are not included. If you have any further inquiries please email us at hamynbirds@gmail.com




Where is your coffee harvested?


Our coffee and suppliers are located in South America and Africa. We sell light, medium, and dark roast coffee beans whole or ground. Each bag is sealed tight and made to order. If you have any further inquiries please email us at hamynbirds@gmail.com




What is your refund policy?


All of our products are perishable items, so for any reason there is ever an issue with your order, please reach out to us for assistance. We will replace the item or issue a one time store credit. Do you offer wholesale services?

Are you able to order a book for a customer that you don't have available?


We are happy to take request for books in our boutique. If there is a particular book of interest, then we can have you pre-order the book upfront and we will ship the item when it becomes avaliable. If you have any further inquiries please email us at hamynbirds@gmail.com

Please allow us up to 48 hours to reply and this is during normal business hours which you can find at the bottom of our website, and about page. Do you make personalized and custom orders?

What forms of payment do you accept?

Do you offer gift wrapping?
